Liverpool Psychedelic Society presents... Thee Lucifer Sams & friends for a Real Psych Experience Tour, June 2022.

Thee Lucifer Sams return to the UK for the first time this year, after playing and organising the unique ACIDFEST psychfest in Iceland, in May.

Inspired by the improvised jams of Sixties bands such as Syd-era Floyd, and the high-octane psych of the Ladbroke Grove scene that spawned acts such as Hawkwind and Pink Fairies, Thee Lucifer Sams refuse to conform and create an unique psychedelic sound - improvised, loud and unpredictable. No two shows are the sams, but even since their first gig back in 2018 they've been gaining praise such as being described as "like Can or Neu! with attitude and a side of speed to go with it. Primal Scream’s bad brother..." by one reviewer, and “Spellbinding psych… an absorbing mesmeric experience. A true psych experience" by the prestigious Louder Than War website.

For their first ever gig in Birmingham, they'll have two fab supports: Bristol's answer to Thee Oh Sees, Big Smile Revival, and Sawel Underground, who are shaking the psych scene with some of the most authentic retro sounds around.

Like every Liverpool Psychedelic Society event, there'll be a killer playlist of Psych sounds throughout the night plus psych visuals creating an unique atmosphere.
