AN AUDIENCE WITH: HONEY FACTORY / THE WHITE NOISE / THE VCR

HONEY FACTORY - COVER.jpg

Honey Factory was formed in 2018 by Ed, Jim, Josh & Grant who met at school and university in Staffordshire. Having a shared passion for a varied range of music they decided to form the band, taking influence from anything like blues, soul & 60s/70s rock n roll to bands like the Stone Roses and the Arctic Monkeys. After a year of writing material and perfecting their sound they performed their first gig in the summer of 2019.

The White Noise are a Birmingham-based band who possess such a vast and eclectic back-catalogue that even they don’t know where they’re going next. Looking to keep things the same – always different – the band is on the verge of breaking through the barriers of music and into messy, post-generic swamplands of their own making.

All-over-the-shop rock, live and flitting,

The White Noise is:

Tom Jones – Vocals and Guitar

Matt Hooper – Guitar and Vocals

Alfie Lawson – Bass Guitar

Jamie Holmes – The Drums

Following the release of their debut EP “Forever” and with their new single “Love Song” due for release August 19th, The VCR have returned. With their refreshingly intricate guitar-driven sound giving a nod to early Kings of Leon and Room on Fire, expect to be hearing a lot more from this Indie Rock quartet in the coming months.
